I often have days where I'm really shit. And I also have days when I'm truly on fire.
I seem to be crap when I'm expected to play (such as when people are invited to band practice, I fuck up all the time), yet I can also be really good when I have quick blasts on someone elses kit.

Like them dreams where you're really trying to punch someone hard but you just can't do it...

Or those dreams where you go to the West Marsh Social Club and it's all wooden and a second-hand shop with loads of trombones in it.
The band that's playing is a mixture of all the GY bands... but no sounds is coming from their instruments. And all the equpitment is very very old.
Then when I play a trombone someone tells me off because the man from upstairs is going to come down and throw us out, so i put the trombone down... then I hear someone coming down the stairs and the dream ends!

yeah i have bad "drumming" days usually when im a bit tired or not in a mood to rock out.
last night i was ravaged by hayfever and was wank at practice, i would even go as far as saying i was shitter than the stereophonics drummer.
Do these bad days only happen to drummers?

No, I'm a bassist and sometime when I'm trying to practice long rumbling, rolling fast bass lines my fingers won't have any of it and just want to fuck up at every oppurtunity. It doesn't happpen often, just when i havn't practiced in ages.
I think that's it really.
